Flemington DIY is hosting a range of community and creative events in the coming days, starting today, Sunday, October 4, with Open Jazz Jams from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. On Monday, October 5, two creative workshops are scheduled: Print Club from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Flemington DIY, located at 26 Stangl Road, and a Hunterdon Fiber Artist Meeting from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Residents can also participate in a Self-Guided Walking Tour of Historic Flemington Borough! daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, organized by Love Flemington. On Tuesday, October 6, Flemington DIY will host its Monthly Food Drive from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Later in the week, a Small Works Artist Talk- Gwenn Seemel is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Flemington DIY.
The weekend of October 10-11 offers several opportunities for engagement. Live Jazz: Luis Ozoria & the Candor Collective is set for Saturday, October 10, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. On Sunday, October 11, events include the HC Mama’s Kids Clothing and Toy Swap from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, a Less Is More #3 Pop-up Event from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, a Women's Comedy Open Mic from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, and Live Music - Metal from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Looking ahead, the Hunterdon Fiber Artist Meeting returns on Monday, October 12, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by Print Club from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Songwriter Circle is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Later in the month, Flemington DIY will host a Monthly Open Bluegrass Jam on Thursday, October 15, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Third Friday Board Games on October 16 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Art + Civics on Saturday, October 17, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
