Staff was extremely friendly constantly asking us if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. The room itself was very clean and fit our party of four very comfortably. Highly recommend and would book here again.

Website is easy to use. Emails are promptly returned. Phone calls are easy to get routed to a representative that can help. Only knocked off a star because they started using hotels4teams as backup website if THS hotels are full. hotels4teams is the worst website for booking hotels. No savings whatsoever, more strict policies, charges non-refundable booking fee, customer service agents are pushy to make the sale, the list goes on. I tried to use the hotels4teams link provided by THS in order to meet Stay and Play requirements, and found that rates are higher through the link versus just going on the hotels4teams website. If no association with hotels4teams, THS would have a 5-star rating.

My experience with THS has been nothing but straightforward and seamless. One stop shop. No need to work with the hotel at all. I appreciate the group discount rates as well.

The process was confusing and we had 3 rooms booked so that was a mess. Although the young lady with costumer service was amazing and helped me get it all figured out and booked a better hotel. So I'd love to do 5 stars but the booking process is very odd.
