Got a custom onyx hat band ornament made here. I'm not well versed in stone craft but they were able to take my notes of what I wanted, and an AI image for reference, and it came out perfect, just as I envisioned. Was sent pictures during the process which was cool, and when finished, it was sent with care and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be returning to the Gem Vault if I ever need help with a custom project in their wheelhouse!

This is by far my favorite jewelry store! Debbie was so nice and helpful. She took her time with us and help described each of the rings we looked at. I purchased a ring within 10 minutes and she had it sized within a week! My gf was so excited about their selection of rings. I was able to purchase a jewelers loop there as well!! I highly recommend this shop. Huge selection of beautiful pieces. Thank you!!

Wow! Another great pair of earrings designed and created by Jason who took a geode (split in half) and created the most unique pair of earrings I have the luck to own. Jason is always patient and just so creative. I trust his instinct always! Gem Vault is my go-to store when looking for that one of a kind piece of jewelry. Update (6/26/24): We commissioned a wedding band and spacer to complement the engagement ring. They’re phenomenal. Absolutely stunning work by the team at Gem Vault—thanks to Bill, Sharon, and Jason. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with the Gem Vault when we designed her engagement ring. They did an amazing job on the ring and every step—from design to production timeline—was handled with the utmost competence. I’m extremely glad I went with them vs. a jewelry chain store and I actually think I saved money compared with their costs (Diamonds Direct, etc.). Can’t recommend Gem Vault enough.
