Stopped by The Bagel Club and overall had a solid experience—definitely a good spot if you’re looking for a casual bagel place with plenty of options. Service: The staff was friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference, especially during a busy morning or lunch rush. Ordering was easy and everything moved along smoothly. Food & Options: There’s a great selection of bagels to choose from—something for everyone whether you like classic flavors or want to switch it up. They also offer a wide variety of cream cheese flavors, which is a big plus and makes it easy to customize your order. I ordered an onion bagel, toasted, with extra cream cheese. Flavor-wise, it was pretty good and the cream cheese portion was generous. One small downside was that it wasn’t fully toasted on half of the bagel, which was a little disappointing. That said, it was still enjoyable overall and I’d order it again. Coffee & Drinks: The coffee bar was well stocked with all the necessities—creamers, sweeteners, stirrers, the whole setup—and the coffee itself was really tasty. Definitely a good place to grab both breakfast and a caffeine fix in one stop. Seating & Atmosphere: There’s a good amount of seating available, which is great if you’re planning to eat in rather than grab and go. It felt comfortable and not cramped, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy your food. Overall: If you’re wondering whether The Bagel Club is worth a visit—yes, especially for the variety of bagels, solid coffee, and friendly service. While my bagel could’ve been toasted more evenly, the overall experience was positive. I’d come back and try other bagel and cream cheese combinations next time. A nice neighborhood bagel spot with plenty to offer.

I will never come here again!!! The customer service is horrible and today took the cake. I always ask for extra butter on my bagel because if not its dry. So today they decide to be funny and put whole chunk I wish I took a picture because it looked.like the whole dam stick. The Spanish guy instead of just apologizing started arguing with me. I don't care if the bagels are good the customer service is horrible. So disappointed 😞

A family owned breakfast/brunch restaurant. Pleasant staffs! Clean and spacious. Restroom smells great! High chair seen. Tables are made of wood and can entice you to eat more. Ample spacing between tables. See images for reference.

I’ve been going here for three years. The last year, The service hasn’t been the same. I would have to check my order in the car and go back in. Frustrating if you’re on the way to work. Even worse when you get home or to work and can’t come back out and wasted your money. I’m always nice and polite about it. Mistakes happen, however, when folks act like you’re asking them to do something above and beyond what you’ve paid for, that’s where I draw the line. Or, it keeps happening time and time again. I began ordering extra butter because they hardly put any butter on. So basically I’m paying for butter that I shouldn’t be. After many failed attempts, I finally drove back and asked them to fix it. Even the cashier agreed it wasn’t “normal” butter. The person making the order argued with me that it was extra butter. I replied, I’ve been coming here forever, that isn’t even normal butter. Claimed to have fixed it. Got to my car and then checked…don’t think he did anything but lie to me about making it right. Went back in a third time and asked for the manager. He agreed and remembered me having to have him fix it a few weeks before. I also explained how easy it would have been for his guy to just make it right the first time instead of arguing with me. He took it to the back area where I then heard the employees talking about me in Spanish. (Not the first time, I might add) but…this time I had had it. I proceeded to reply in Spanish to them… welp, weren’t they shocked that I spoke Spanish. I looked at the manager and said, I sure hope you speak to your staff about mouthing off in a language that others may speak even though they don’t look the part. I’ve had alot of patience and am very understanding. However, I think after this most recent chain of events, I’m done. Hopefully they rethink their customer service and consistency when preparing food. It matters to us…we are paying customers.

Misleading Menu and wasted time: We ordered Scramble eggs with Lox & Onions platter deluxe. The online menu is showing that it includes small coffee, buttered bagel, and home fries. After picking up the meal and getting back home, I realized that they missed the coffee, bagel and home fries, so I had to return and inquire about it. Sadly, they fought and argued with us and said they have updated their menu and gave us a hard time for not simply abiding with how they advertise their business. It's too bad that they can't even follow through with their website after we have paid $12.95. They only gave us the scrambled eggs, and I wasted my time for returning. The Bagel Club, you just lost a loyal customer.
