I ordered a venti-sized cappuccino from the drive-thru at this location. I was surprised how light the drink felt. It was over half foam. It is infuriating to pay for the venti size and not get what you paid for. I stirred down the foam to show the actual amount of product contained in my "venti." I understand some room is required for the foam, which I did not ask for, BTW, but this is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

Absolutely adore this location!! As someone who frequents starbucks often, I find this location to be better than most. Staff is so friendly and personable. Whether youre in the drive thru, or inside, service is great! They get my order right every time and are always kind when I go! 100% recommend this location whether youre on the road or simply needing a pick me up.

I know it was a busy day…but…what in the world is this drink? Took 10 mins after mobile order time estimated…not a huge deal. Photo taken exactly as it was when the grouchy barista set it on the counter, whispered my name, & placed it in the “Z” section of the pick ups.

Incredibly rude staff members at this location, even when you tip them. They seem bothered to help you and like if they hate their jobs. Sorry, but being busy doesn’t make it okay to be rude to customers.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The barista spilled coffee on the table while preparing or handing me my drink. Accidents can happen, but the situation was not handled professionally, and the table was left messy. I hope more attention is given to customer service and cleanliness.
