One of the most delightful shoe shopping experiences I’ve ever had. From the jump, the people their were pleasant, highly insightful, and willing to help without pressing me to make any purchases. The entire experience was informative and supportive. Due to work, I had to split up my shopping into two sessions- the latter being just one hour before close. Nonetheless, the man there was passionate about all the products. I could truly tell he cared about customer satisfaction- offering me different variations of shoes based on my interests and retrieving different sizes from the stock room to ensure my comfort. Above all else, each person there was a wealth of knowledge. The extent of their knowledge on shoes actually entertained me… it was like shopping with Chat GPT for shoes. Needs met & comfort ensured. I left with a pair of shoes that got me excited for days to come and they moved just how I had hoped. They have awesome contemporary gear, clothes and shoes fitted for your needs, and a good camaraderie. Im definitely returning to this place- they are awesome.
Sneakers Plus has earned my loyalty for life! My recent order was plagued by weeks of supplier delays and errors that were completely outside the store’s control. Despite the headache, the staff was incredibly professional, communicative, and proactive. They suggested and provided me an alternative pair of shoes so I wasn't left waiting empty-handed. When that replacement pair didn't fit quite right after a few weeks, I ran into a wall with the manufacturer's rigid and burdensome return policy. Instead of leaving me stranded, Sneakers Plus stepped up. At their own expense, they handed me a brand-new pair of running shoes of similar value just to ensure I was taken care of. Exceptional customer service and true integrity are rare these days. If you want a business that genuinely stands behind its customers, look no further than Sneakers Plus. Highly recommended!
I’m giving this bad review because i go so upset. I went there this morning and a young boy waited on me, very nice, got me a few pairs of hoka sneakers to try on, while I was trying them on another customer came in, I get it that they want the commission,BUT I sat there at least 10 minutes for him to come back to me to finish helping me but instead, the other customer got all the help she needed. I got up and left, I was hoping to buy a couple pairs of sneakers but I had to get to work. They should always finish with the first customer before going to help another.
If I could give more stars, I would! I did not get the sales person‘s name however he was awesome! I’m actually gonna go back and let him know that he helped me pick out the perfect pair of walking sneakers. My feet had been hurting previously with my old sneakers. This morning I went walking in the new sneakers and my feet feel great. Without his knowledge, I know I would not have gotten the right sneakers!
Great gem of a store. Remind of shoe store from long ago. Very knowledgeable sales people, zero pressure to buy. All big name brands.
