This is an excellent studio, especially for the non-competitive dancer. With a heavy focus on performance in lieu of competition, RDA offers multiple opportunities through the year, both in state and across the country, for students to perform for a widely ranging audience. Past events that I have been part of include, but are certainly not limited to: 1) dancing for the NJ Nets; 2) dancing at the Hunterdon County 4-H Fair; 3) dancing at the Somerset Patriots stadium; 4) dancing at Universal Studios, Florida; 6) dancing at the NJ Devils stadium and of course, 6) performing in the annual recital. RDA's recital is a "Broadway style," meaning that there is a complete story line, sets and scenery, and, of course, excellent choreography. An accomplished and well-credentialed faculty provides excellent and safety-minded dance education. Importantly, RDA also offers opportunities for special needs students, who are a favorite at recital each year. I could not recommend this studio any more highly, to adults, teens, children, beginner, or advanced dancers.
