We had the best experience here from the moment we walked in!!! The man was so sweet with my son and made him an adorable hat that he wouldn’t take off! The pretzels were delicious and fresh!!! Absolutely will be coming back!!!

I’ve always had a great experience at Philly Pretzel Factory and for my first visit this location was great too. I ordered in store the large tray of pretzels and the staff member was happy to help. He said to give him a few minutes and he would have it done. Pretty good by my standards considering it’s a lot of pretzels 🥨. Needless to say, he had it all ready fast and they were a hit. The pretzels were freshly made, perfectly baked with the perfect amount of salt too! I highly recommend stopping by this location and picking up a tray for a party, BBQ or just to have as a sack during a game!

We ordered just under 300 pretzels for local elementary schools' Teacher Appreciation, and this location was incredible to work with!! They were easy to communicate with and very helpful! The pretzels were fresh and delicious. Shoutout to Cathy and her staff for all their help and kindness! Highly recommend this location!

Gotta catch'em right out of the oven, oh boy, my favorite 😍 love these pretzels, went back and got 10 pretzels for $10, wow, what a deal. I always get enough to freeze, then a quick air fry and voila!

I had a really nice experience here ordering about 100 pretzels the day before a school event. The owner was very accommodating, kind, and assured me they would be ready at 8:30 am the next day for me to pick up, before they even open for the day. I really appreciated it and highly recommend this location!
