Wish I could give this location 0 stars. Not worth even 1/2. If your kids like REAL dolls and collectibles, I STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere. My daughter was so excited to open her item, only for us to realize the box had been taped shut with regular scotch tape. When we brought it back, we were only offered an exchange for the exact same item… and every box we checked in the store was taped the same way. Whether this is how they received their stock or how they choose to handle it, it completely ruined the experience for my 10 year old. We left frustrated and disappointed, and will not be returning. Do NOT go here. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This store has been completely remodeled. I thought perhaps it was aquire by new management. This is the same Hallmark customer service that has been here for years. 4 associates working on tasks when I walk in 2 customers at the register. No one will acknowledge or say hello. James was very helpful when he was done ringing he ce over tp ask if I needed help finding anything. Two associates working on a project by the front door couldn't be bothered to say thank you or have a nice day. Good luck!

Was very sad to see Pickwick village close. Norman's is a bit too corporate, but they did a good job of using the space. Would love to see corporate allow the staff to be more small town.

I am glad they reopened in Flemington. They were polite and not overbearing. The store was organized and clean. They also had many things to choose from.

I am so impressed with the set up of this store. It’s open and very easy and comfortable to walk through. A breath of fresh air because the old store was cluttered, always, and uncomfortable to walk through. I could not shop there because of that. This is a very welcomed change. Employees are very helpful and nice.
