I can only imagine the volume of people that they are trying to help, and the amount of calls and emails that they get. So many people need assistance right now.It takes time, but l've always been able to reach someone via phone and/or get a response via email. I am grateful to everyone who has a hand in helping 🙏🏽

I have applied they told me what I needed I sent have not heard from them status of application nothing you can never reach anyone looking for help this is not it. Terrible experience.

I have patiently waited over 4 months to finally reach the last steps. I have been calling and emailing over the past couple weeks to know the status of my application and indeed left a couple voice mail. Until now I still have not received a feedback. For rental assistant run

I applied in August, supplied all of the needed documents. It is now a week before December, and I still haven't heard from them. It is impossible to reach a representative. There is no way to contact this agency except by the 800 number, and you will only receive a recording to leave your name and number, only to not receive a call back from them. If you are looking for emergency help, this is NOT the program for you.
