Since they got rid of their top 6 employees, it hasn't been the same....besides the people who have been there forever, the new people have no idea what they're doing and not friendly at all..and the store seems very unorganized and messy

Manager with heavy Eastern Europe accent is very rude and not to nice to customers. We love the products but dread the staff.The sales people she hires have attitudes like her and seem to hate working there.

I had a great experience at Marshalls thanks to Dilipkumar Shah in the shoe department. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me find exactly the shoes I was looking for. The department was also very well organized with clearly marked sections for men, women, and kids. Shopping was quick and easy. Great customer service—thank you, Dilipkumar!

The store was cluttered, the employees were not so nice. They seem to have an attitude when I ask for help and even at the cash register. I already had a bad experience trying to find things because stuff was thrown around everywhere but, at least, customer service could have been better still.
