The owner told us we are not a fast food restaurant and expect to wait. And we did. They don’t have waiters or waitresses. You have to get your own drinks and place your orders at the counter. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. They needed more help. Food was ok, my son-in-law didn’t like his corn beef hash and the burned my daughter’s pancakes. My eggs Benedict was mediocre. We won’t be back. Everything was served on paper plates, even paper soup bowls. Not worth the $40 per person we paid.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday to have lunch with a friend after shopping at The Groovy Collective across the street. We were referred by the store owner to try Market Roost and it did not disappoint! I had the focaccia sandwich, which was delicious and my friend had the baked croissant with Brie/apples and loved it! Very friendly owner and relaxing atmosphere, I will definitely be back!

Came to flemington for a birthday and we decided to stay the weekend and came here for Saturday brunch and the food and service was great! It's a charming restaurant. We were greeted by the staff and started off with coffee. Then I got the kahlua French toast and my wife got the steak omlette, every dish came with a side of fresh fruit. Everything was delicious and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. They also have an assortment of baked goods and cheeses. Would love to come again and try more brunch options.

This place is a little gem. The food is fantastic and the people are very nice. they make everything from scratch, don’t go there wanting to Get out fast. It’s an experience just sit and relax. Enjoy the food.

Best brunch menu and lamb burger I have had in New Jersey! Excellent "feel at home" service. I must when here in the state.
