When it comes to demand rides the dispatch at the link is the worst they eighter dont get there on time or they change your time with out you knowing about it and leave stranded or late to where you need to go

My brother uses the Link. He has some minor disabilities & all the drivers have been great with him & everyone in the office has been super nice. The time schedule however is very broad. Be aware of that. His p u time is 9am, but it ranges from 8:30 - 11:00. Then it's usually not a direct ride to his job dropoff. Thank goodness that is very flexible.

Unprofessional, just short of rude. I was told at least three rimes how short handed they are, not my issue. Arranged transport, had to change MD appointment time at the link request and then the link canceled the trip and left us unable to get medical care. How is this quality care for someone already suffering.

Overall the operators are friendly, and helpful. All the drivers are very personable and for the most part on time. But, the wait time over the phone is ridiculous, it's nearly a 30 min wait time. Also, when things go wrong with scheds or buses being late, plan ahead. I was waiting for a 10:30AM bus to Clinton to call at 11 to be told it would be another 15 mins and they were 'having trouble reaching the driver.' then call to call again at 11:30 to be told that driver wasn't coming to the Clinton area again and would have to wait for the 1:30 bus.
