Deirdre Anderson has been a fitness enthusiast for close to thirty years. Once an avid kickboxer and runner, Deirdre is now a Certified (Level II) Zumba Instructor, Certified Spin Instructor and Beginner to Intermediate Mat Pilates Instructor. She is passionate about what she does and loves helping people reach their fitness goals. Deirdre is a mother of two, and works as a Professional Chef when not teaching classes. At Fun Fitness we like to have fun. Yes, it's true. Our theory: If it's not FUN you won't stick with it. Period. We provide you with sincere, warm, engaging and energetic instructors who genuinely care about helping you stay fit and happy. We motivate you with powerful and eclectic blends of music. It's not about the money. Yes, we have overhead and expenses, but at Fun Fitness first and foremost it is about YOU. No enrollment fees and no commitment/contracts. You pay for classes, either as a drop-in fee or a book of ten. Our Partners. At Fun Fitness, we know that total wellness is much more than having six-pack abs. We offer a referral service to offer assistance in these areas that includes an Integrative Physician, a Certified Health Coach and Therapists. We are social and supportive. At Fun Fitness there are no cliques and no "in crowds." We have a warm and welcoming group and occasionally offer social events such as Happy Hours, special event parties and "class trips."
