No one is happy to be dealing with the court system (except lawyers & judges - they're getting PAID). I had an issue, called the court, and a helpful person answered. They couldn't definitively answer my question, so they escalated me to the Deputy Court Administrator, Lora Wozniak. She was a ray of sunshine - pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, informative, expert in the somewhat-buggy website. She went above-and-beyond to help me, and was nice as she did it. I thanked her, genuinely - because she really helped me. She said that meant a lot - because she knows dealing with the courts = a bad day for most people. And her goal is to make it better. She's exemplary, and deserves high praise. She can't change the laws, she can't change the systems - but she's a real person, recognizing those coming in are real people, and she sincerely cares to help - and that makes all the difference. Thank you Lora!
The people here are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Contacted them via phone multiple times over the span of 3 days, and left messages each time and never heard back. Not to mention the phone number they provide on google isn’t a working phone number anymore… you’re a court… provide correct Info to the public…
Was racially profiled by Jane Parsons court administrator over the phone while calling in to find out about my virtual court she yelled and refused to help me because of my accent very rude she is not fit to work with the public very unprofessional never seen a courthouse have 1.5 stars I will be following up on this complaint unfair inhumane treatment 👎
Love this place. We enjoy seeing the teenagers doing donuts in the parking lot at night.
