Gotta great sneakers but not dress shoes. You don't have enough Wide Width dress shoes. I couldn't find one pair in the store. On to the one associate - we were the only ones in the store, she never asked if we needed help. We had her order another size, she asked for personal information . When asked why, she rudely said it's for free shipping. She could have nicely started with that.

Stay away!!! I bought a pair of sneakers two days ago and wore them for an hour yesterday. I noticed some seam lines coming undone and brought the default pair of sneakers back to the store. I spoke with Brielle, the manager, who said because I had worn the shoes I could no longer return. I told her the length of wear and she said it didn't matter. I was not looking to return, I was looking to exchange and that couldn't be done either. I have never had trouble exchanging a default item at a store before. She said I would have to reach out to the manufacturer directly and did not offer any contact information. When I expressed my frustration she said the return policy is explained at the bottom of the receipt and gave the most insincere "I'm sorry." I let her know it was my last time coming to this store.

The Associates are always professional and friendly. Store is well stocked. If you can't find an item they will look online and if found will have it shipped to the store or your home.

One of the associate was very disrespectful she keeps following me and my kids. When i asked her to leave us alone, she said that she is not my babysitter and keeps cleaning after us. How can you expect your business to be successful if there is no mess. I felt so mad and uncomfortable.
