I recently ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my brother's house in NJ. Since it was extremely hot on that day and nobody answered the door the delivery lady called my brother's number and since he didn't answer she called me saying that she go back next day. I requested that the gift needed to be delivered that day because it was my brother's 25th Wedding anniversary. She made sure she left the gift in a freezer bag and in a shaded area of the porch. This was going above and beyond in customer service especially these days when delivery guys just throw the boxes. My brother and his wife loved the flowers and the chocolate strawberries. Thanks.

What was ordered vs what was delivered. No cookies no cute birthday chocolates no apples, etc. very disappointing for the price that this cost it should have been correct. When we contacted them to fix it they sent 2 brownies and 2 cheesecake bites. I’m not sure how that corrects the issue. The food was directly on the wood with no liner.

Order was not at all what we looked at online, paid for 1 hr delivery also,but was delivered 3 hrs later, because the driver wasn't in yet. How ridiculous the flower arrangement was!! For a birthday gift.. totaling 145.00! Will not recommend it to anyone!! Wanted the arrangement because the person receiving it loves tiger lily.. not 1 in the actual arrangement!!!!
