Since we were in the area, we decided to stop by for National Donut Day to take advantage of the free donut offer with the purchase of a drink. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We observed donuts being handled with bare hands, and several staff members appeared visibly ill and were coughing frequently. At one point, we even heard one employee tell another to keep her mask on. Due to these hygiene concerns, we ended up throwing the donuts away. This was by far the worst Dunkin' experience I've had.

Very cute looking, cozy Dunkin, still in older style, which I like. Staff was friendly despite being busy when we came in. I recommend this coffee shop. Flemington, New Jersey

I wanted a mocha with milk (latte) and he gave me only mocha! When I ask can you replace it he said no you have to pay extra $2 Very greedy owner come on man! Thats not how you run a business Bad costumer service👎👎👎 Avoid it! Dont go to this dunkin

I always love when the person who takes your order and then gives u your food is talking on their phone to a family member and doesn’t even look at you greet you or says thank you (she actually looked disgusted that I was bothering her during he phone conversation! What a joke.

Before deciding to visit this Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee and donuts, I recommend considering going somewhere else. I noticed that the staff handles food in an unhygienic way, touching money and customers’ phones with the same hands they use to serve the donuts. In addition, they mix old donuts with fresh ones, so if you buy several, you may receive some that are not fresh. And if you complain about the quality, the staff often responds with an attitude that makes you feel uncomfortable, even though you are paying for the product. Overall, it’s better to look for other options to ensure a safer and more satisfactory experience.
