ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STORE! Nobody ever seems to work at a decent pace there if anyone is even there at all, we were trying to find a staff member to help us at the bakery, and they were nowhere to be found, the gas station is extremely slow, the workers love to dilly dally around, and they love to pull actually decent products off the shelves. While Costco’s is notorious for pulling several amazing products off their shelves, this costco just moves too slow, and the gas station staff tend to move incredibly slow as well, taking an extremely long time to come to your pump because they love to talk with their colleagues instead of actually do their job…

So it only takes one associate from the optical department to ruin my 15 membership experience. With other things like customers running over my feet or hitting me with their carts I get to one guy that tops it all telling me I could learn a thing or two with YouTube like what “BS” is that! Came in for glasses I ordered and they did not make my eyesight any better on one eye. Not blaming Costco at all I just wanted to know if that lens was what I was prescribed. Felt like a little run around and definitely no confirmation if it was correct when that person checked. Was just told to just wear them and get use it. Worn glasses for 20+ years and all my others glasses focused perfectly with no getting “use” to it.

I love Costco‘s. Whenever I go in there, I spend several hours walking around the store. Going from row to row and tasting all the Yummies they have available. I found the items that I needed, and I love the oversized items that usually last me about three months. A great place to shop with great prices. Also wonderful personnel.

I want to sincerely thank Carrisa, a supervisor at Costco, for her honesty, kindness, and professionalism. I accidentally lost an envelope with $1,000 cash inside during a very stressful period in my life while going through a divorce. I was overwhelmed and devastated when I realized it was missing. Carrisa found the envelope and made sure it was safely returned to me. Her integrity and compassion truly touched my heart. In today’s world, meeting people like her restores faith in humanity. I was so shocked and emotional when I got the envelope back that I even forgot to ask her name at the time. Every time I visited Costco afterward, I looked for her because I wanted to personally thank her properly. Today I finally saw her again and was able to express my gratitude from the bottom of my heart. Costco is very lucky to have an employee like Carrisa. She represents the very best of customer service and human decency.

My family has been loyal Costco members for north of a decade, as have my two friends and their families. For as long as I’ve been a member, I’ve been able to go through the left side to get food and leave. Today, as I was trying to do this like any other day, and I was rudely stopped by a not so nice employee. After trying to reason with her, she kicked us out. Knowing my rights as a longtime Costco member, I asked a different employee and they nicely sent us to guest services to help us take the steps to get our food. Afterwards, when me and my friends were walking towards the food court, the “not-so” nice employee rung up the supervisor to kick us out again, not knowing we had already talked to guest services, as she was clearly trying to display power she didn’t have. After another 10 minutes of useless debate, we were finally able to get 3 slices of pizza. The only reason you guys get a star is because of how amazing Barbara was from guest services was. The only reason I’m going to be returning to this location is for the hope of seeing Barbara again, as she was the sweets and most understanding people I’ve ever met. The world needs more people like Barbara.
