On Friday, 5/12 there were three staff members working. One of them was working diligently, not only helping us but also working on DoorDash orders, while the other two staff members were talking about their pay checks and not helping customers (even though they were asked to by the person juggling everything by herself). Our ice cream seemed melted the moment it came to us. It felt like we were eating ice cream soup. The store itself is very clean, but I hope for the sake of the poor worker juggling that whole shift by herself - service improves.

The place was really clean and had a great atmosphere. The workers were so funny, kind, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They were very helpful and made everyone feel comfortable. The ice cream was also amazing and tasted really fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a really good experience and I will definitely be coming back again. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and great ice cream!

I have been coming to this location since I was young and have never had an issue. This morning I went with my older mother and my boyfriend, the man serving the ice cream hardly even said one word to us throughout the entire experience which is whatever. But my mom ordered hot fudge and he put the smallest amount ever, she kindly asked for a bit more and he ended up charging her 2 extra dollars for it during checkout! It’s not like she asked for extra she just wanted the normal amount which he didn’t provide at first. I think the whole experience of him just not being kind and the up charging my mother like that put a bad taste in my mouth. Good ice cream but probably won’t be back to this location.

When i was at cold stone on a hot Saturday night they had only two girls working who looked very overwhelmed and had customers get very angry at them. As a young women who works in food service I related to the experience and I thought they handled it beautifully and were respectful to people who were rude and got everyone’s order in and correct at the same time even though I was in a large group. Being able to stay calm and productive under pressure is an incredible skill that they showed

Ice cream is always great however taking my son to the bathroom made double think going back. It was so disgusting. It was unusable. Toilet paper, urine & more all over. Tried to call and speak to a manager multiple times but nobody answers their phones. For the prices we pay for ice cream.. we should be able to use a clean bathroom.
