I've been to a lot of Chipotle locations over the years, and this one consistently does a great job. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is usually fast, even during busy times. The food tastes fresh, portions are generally good, and orders are prepared with care. I've ordered both in-store and online, and the experience has been smooth overall. What stands out most is that the team seems organized and focused on providing a good customer experience. It's nice to have a reliable location nearby that delivers consistent quality. Like any restaurant, there can be small variations from visit to visit, but overall this has become one of my preferred Chipotle locations. If you're looking for a quick, fresh meal and friendly service, it's definitely worth a visit.

I'm never disappointed when visiting this location. Sometimes the service seems lacking as they have a large team of staff members on staff at all times, usually there is only one person responsible for handling the in-person ordering counter and if they are busy, nobody else on the team steps in to assist them and assure prompt customer service. As someone who has worked in the food industry before, I can understand if they are delegated specific tasks and not allowed to commingle them, but I do think some modification should be made to provide better customer service.

Never seen such a sloppy Chipotle. Tall guy at the counter was very rude. The other employees were sitting at a table staring at their phones. Tables and floor were filthy. An open trash can sitting in the middle of the dining area and all the regular trash cans were covered with trays. 3 stars only because the food is good.

You have to watch them make your food. Don’t order ahead. Don’t use the drive through. You can’t trust them. I ordered a double chicken burrito. First, they gave me someone else’s food. Drove home to see that the bag with my name on it had someone else’s order. Drove back to pick up my now cold and supposedly double chicken burrito. Got it home to cut it in half and see that it was almost 100% rice. About 1/3 a single order of chicken and 1/6th what I paid for. This was done purposely as it was nowhere near close to closing, so they weren’t running out of food. Love chipotle. Hate this location.

The small portions are insane-doesn’t even fill the bowl! Pancheros in flemington is the only place to go for a really good burrito bowl.
