Me and few people got take out from here. The food is very good i will say. We started off with 2 appetizers being the pierogies, which were really tasty with the buttery sweetness and the onions were nicely cooked. We also got an order of the Potato Pancakes from the Oktoberfest menu. They were decent. Couldn’t say much more about them honestly. The crispiness was a good textural feeling though. As for the entrees. I got the Bratwurst Sandwich, which was cooked and seasoned nicely, and I already enjoyed their onions with the app, it was a good addition to the sandwich. I also got the Smoked Bbq Platter. the ribs were amazing, the brisket was tender and tasty and the sweet potatoes were cooked beautifully. Lastly I got the Bee Hive Cream Pie. Which was ok. Nothing all too special to this. Overall I would recommend this place, they do have a lot of options across the board and the food is good.

Such a cool place with really diverse menu. You come here with family for a meal, stop by after a round of golf with my golf buddies for beer and food and have lunch meetings with clients. Absolutely love their pizza and the chicken pot pie to even more amazing. The crust is so fluffy. It's like chicken soup with croissant cover. Chicken wings, fried pickle and don't forget the really big pretzel. Comes out nice and warm, almost hot. If you stop by on Mondays you can get their epic pizza that feeds an army. 28 inch giant for 20 bucks. This is definitely one of our favorites. And, they have multiple locations.

We visited Chimney Rock Inn in Flemington and wanted to share both the highlights and the areas that could use some attention. First, the positive: Our waitress, Meredith, was absolutely wonderful. She mentioned she was new and still in training, but you would never know it. She was attentive, warm, and genuinely sociable—not only with our table but with the guests around us as well. She made people feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor were the standout of our visit. Unfortunately, the food did not match the same standard. I ordered the house-smoked beef brisket, and it fell short of expectations. The texture and flavor were closer to a pot roast than a true brisket, and it was extremely dry, which made it difficult to enjoy. My husband ordered the chipotle chicken burrito. While the overall flavor wasn’t bad, the filling was unbalanced—very little chicken and an overload of beans and rice. He felt the portion composition didn’t align with what you’d typically expect from a burrito described as “chipotle chicken.” Overall: We truly appreciated the service—Meredith was a bright spot and did a fantastic job. However, the food quality unfortunately didn’t live up to the same level. We hope the kitchen experience improves, because the service has the potential to make this location a great spot. FYI: After looking at my photo's of the brisket it doesn't even look appetizing to me. Tell me if I'm wrong

This satellite of the Bound Brook original is on its second location in Flemington and the space is a substantial upgrade. Parking lot is spacious as is the interior. In addition to a spacious bar, there are two dining rooms. Some of the decor tastefully honors local heritage (for example the Flemington Speedway - now a Lowes and Walmart). Stopped by for a late lunch on a Sunday and had a beer, pierogies and the Founder's pizza. Everything was tasty! The pierogies are nicely complemented with caramelized onions and the pizza had thin crust, cracker crisp (but not burned) on the edges with fresh mozzarella & julienned basil. There sauce has a nice garlic note to it.

I have been to chimney rock inn in flemington several times and loved it. However this time around it was not great. We asked for a speciality dinner and the person who wanted it just wanted pasta with veggies and olive oil. The only veggies given were broccoli in which the person said she wanted any kind of veggies. The waiter just was like okay so just broccoli which there could have been more variety since the person was not picky on the kind of veggies and said that. The fish and chips was definitely too fried. The tacos I ordered took a while to come out and the waiter admitted to forgetting to write it down. The waiter seemed very new and was just lacking customer service. He asked if I wanted anything complimentary but did not explain or suggest anything.
