We came to Chili’s for a casual dinner and left with enough leftovers, sodium, and happiness to fuel a small municipality. The evening started with chips, salsa, and queso that had us making promises like, "Let's not fill up on appetizers this time." Those promises lasted approximately three minutes. The loaded nachos arrived looking like they had been assembled by someone who truly understands the importance of excess. The food just kept coming. The Cajun shrimp pasta was rich, creamy, and delicious. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and coated in enough sauce to make eating them a commitment rather than a meal. The fajitas arrived sizzling loud enough to announce themselves to neighboring tables, and the mac and cheese, fries, and sides ensured that any thoughts of making healthy choices were thoroughly defeated. A special shoutout goes to our waitress, who was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, kept our drinks full, and somehow never judged us as the table transformed from "dinner for three" into "evidence for a competitive eating investigation." She made the entire experience enjoyable and deserves a lot of credit for the great evening. By the end of the meal, we were sitting in silence not because we were upset, but because our bodies had shifted all available resources to digestion. We seriously considered asking for a wheelbarrow to get us back to the parking lot. Great food, generous portions, outstanding service, and a wonderful waitress who made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back, although next time we may need to stretch beforehand and bring sweatpants with an elastic waistband approved by medical professionals.

I used to go to Chili's in the 90s with an old girlfriend and another couple. I really liked the food. Specifically, the skillet queso was always something we all looked forward to. Fast forward many years, I told my mom to come to my house, and I would pick up Chili's for her. She's older and alone, and I thought she would like it. The skillet queso apparently changed, and it was like raw salt, and I love salt. The burger was marginal at best, and overall, nothing like I remembered. I did call, and the manager at the time said it was a "new" formula as of the last month. We never went back. I had been reading about the turnaround of Chili's business model, so I gave it a shot 2 nights ago. The burger was fantastic. The bacon was perfect; it was cooked with just a little pink, the roll was fresh, and the fries were great. It was so good, I went back again tonight, so it was not a fluke. I did not get the skillet queso, and I have no idea if it's still the "new" version, but if it's like the old one was, I am so in. If you used to like Chili's and were disheartened by the decline over the years, give them another shot. I know I was pleasantly surprised. -M

We had a wonderful experience at Chili’s during our recent visit. I ordered the Burger Bites, and they were delicious—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and a great portion size. My husband chose the Steak Fajitas, and they were sizzling, flavorful, and cooked just right. One thing that really stood out was the guacamole. The portion they served was impressively generous, which is always a pleasant surprise since so many places skimp on it. It was fresh, creamy, and paired perfectly with the fajitas. Overall, the food was great, the portions were satisfying, and we left happy and full. A really enjoyable meal!

I gave service a 3 star cause I am always with my service dog, people tend to try and shove us into the way back corner FAR from everybody else. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant was the same. I asked for a booth really busy. We passed seven empty seats as we kept walking to the far back corner by the bar. When I asked for the large blue, he said yeah you can have that and I looked at him and I’m like we just passed seven booths, why did you shove me back here? No comment. Such a shame when they think they can just get away with it. I took a picture in the front of me and a picture behind me so you can see that there’s plenty of open seats, but they tried putting me in that little tiny one seater in the far corner

After far too long, I decided to revisit Chili's, drawn in by some recent positive buzz, and chose the Flemington location. I was immediately impressed by the clean atmosphere, which had a pleasant touch of a sports bar. The offer of free nachos just for signing up at the table kiosk? Irresistible! Our waitress was genuinely friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The value here blew me away. An all-day happy hour on weekends boasting huge $6 margaritas is already a steal. But then, their 'pick combo' – a salad and a delicious smashed burger with fries for only $10.99 – is simply incredible, undercutting most fast-food prices. Those free nachos were a real treat – a generous portion with a subtly tangy, almost lemony, mild sauce. We actually couldn't finish them! The service was lightning fast; it felt like our food arrived almost instantly after ordering. My smashed burger was juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly, complemented by wonderfully seasoned fries. My wife liked her quesadilla salad too. Honestly, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this visit and wholeheartedly recommend giving the Flemington Chili's a try. It's clearly a popular spot, as it was starting to get quite busy after 6 PM. Kudos to Chili's for a great experience!"
