We had a really great experience at this Chick-fil-A location from start to finish. What stood out immediately was how calm, friendly, and professional the entire staff remained, even during a very busy rush. The restaurant was packed, but the employees still treated customers with patience, positivity, and genuine kindness. Manager Ryan was especially impressive. He wasn’t just standing around supervising — he was actively helping his team, bringing food to tables, checking on guests, and making sure everything continued running smoothly. Even with the pressure of a busy crowd, he stayed smiling, upbeat, and incredibly professional the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of leadership and customer service anymore, and it made a huge difference in the overall experience. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared really well. The fries were excellent as always, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Every employee we interacted with was attentive, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care about making customers feel appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences we’ve had in a long time. The combination of great food, strong leadership, friendly staff, and a positive atmosphere really made this location stand out.

We stopped by there for lunch in early June. Parking was easy. We ordered one chicken sandwich and two spicy cool wraps. The service was good and the food was pretty good. We would happily go back there again.

The Restaurant Manager called me, which came as a pleasant surprise, and I accepted her explanation. I am changing the rating. My first unexpected and disappointing encounter of the day happened around noon while I was waiting for my order in Flemington's Chick-fil-A. A young staff member—a short girl wearing glasses—was walking around with sample cups of a yogurt-like drink. As she approached my area, she offered samples to the two women standing next to me but did not acknowledge me. She then turned around and walked past me again without offering a sample or even making eye contact. I am certain she saw me the first time, unless I was somehow only two feet tall. Missing me a second time was simply impossible. She then continued to other customers and tables, offering samples to everyone else. Feeling uncomfortable and singled out, I politely asked her why she had passed by me twice and offered samples to everyone around me except me. She did not provide an explanation and appeared indifferent to my concern. I picked up my order and left feeling disappointed and wondering whether bias played a role in the interaction. Discrimination does not always appear in obvious ways; it can take many forms. I never expected to experience something like this in Flemington, a community that has been diverse for many years.

A car was completely blocking the mobile order through lane, making it impossible to reach the window. I had to reverse out, drive around, park near the pickup area, and walk up to the window on foot. I explained the situation to the two employees working the window. They glanced down the lane, shook their heads, and that was apparently the extent of their problem-solving. I told them my name was Casey, pointed out my black Honda parked right there, and asked them to just get me my food. They acknowledged me. Fifteen minutes went by. No one came out. No communication whatsoever. I reversed back up to the window to cancel my order. The employee responded with a confused “oh, you were parked over there?” — as if I hadn’t just explained the entire situation to her face minutes earlier. I was a frequent, loyal customer at this location. Never again.
