Bread and Culture is one of our go-to spots for breakfast and brunch. We’ve tried a good portion of the menu, and honestly, it’s consistently great. Our favorites are the turkey pesto and pesto mozzarella sandwiches—they’re both excellent—and the cinnamon roll is a must. Their coffee selection is solid too, and the cortado in particular is always spot on and very consistent. The staff is always very nice and friendly, which makes the experience even better. A couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better. Some of the pre-made breakfast sandwiches (like the egg sandwich) can’t be customized, which makes it tough for anyone who doesn’t eat bacon. It would be great to have a bit more flexibility there. Also, these sandwiches tend to sell out quickly—it would be nice if there were an option to order or reserve them ahead of time. Lastly, given that this is a young, family-oriented community, adding a diaper changing station in the restroom would be a really helpful touch.

This was our favorite coffee shop/breakfast on our road trip to the South. Delicious coffee that was smooth and not acidic and the specialty drinks were phenomenal as well. The food/bread/sandwiches/pastries were out of this world, especially that vanilla cream stuffed cruffin. OH MY CRUFF, that was the best ever with perfect flaky buttery pastry and the perfect buttery sweetness center loaded with vanilla cream for the center, not skimping on the best part! I really loved the blueberry spelt cookie as well. Plentiful amount of food, you will leave more than full. First day we had the pork belly sandwich, which was the daily special, and it was AMAZING & humongous! Thank you for feeding us on our trip. You’re amazing!!!

I have tried their breads and pastries at the West Windsor Farmer’s Market on Saturdays and finally made the trip to Flemington. What a treat! Delicious pastries, sandwiches and coffee! Very impressed with the selection of items, great service and beautiful space. Highly recommend to make a visit.

finally made it - been wanting to go in for ages- everyone had suggested. Great atmosphere and good food . Staff is super friendly and great products. Their Guava and Cheese croissant was perfection. Lox on toast was 10/10

Truly excellent bread and baked goods. Everything on the menu is high quality, made with so much care (sourdough 😍). My favorite style of focaccia… it’s wowowowow scrumptious🤩!!!! Other favorites: cinnamon rolls, cruffin, cookies, wait everything is so good. Flemington is so lucky to have this bakery!!!! Thank you to the whole crew.
