This spot is so underrated and deserves way more attention. If you’re even thinking about trying it, just go, you won’t regret it. I’ve been here a few times now, and every single visit has been consistently amazing. The food is always incredibly fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can really taste the quality in everything they serve. The hospitality here truly sets this place apart. Mo & Mitch go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Every person I’ve brought here has been seriously impressed, which says a lot. The meats are perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the seafood is done to absolute perfection every time. I recently visited this Egyptian restaurant in Flemington, and I feel like more people should know that it’s been under new ownership for the past few years. It’s such a great local spot, and I don’t think enough people realize what it is or how good it’s become. My mom and I stopped in for lunch and sat outside on Main Street, which was honestly so lovely. It felt really special to just sit, enjoy a great meal, and be part of the community. We met Mo, who took such great care of us and made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. We started with the hummus, which was incredibly fresh and smooth, and you could tell everything was made with care. For our mains, we had the lamb chops and the lemon chicken, both of which were delicious. The lamb was tender and perfectly cooked, and the lemon chicken had such a bright, balanced flavor. The potatoes were a standout, roasted and finished in a lemon butter that made them unforgettable. If you haven’t been in a while, or didn’t realize there’s been a change, it’s definitely worth stopping in. Main Street businesses could really use the support, and this place is one that deserves it. Go say hi to Mo and give it a try. ☺️

Absolutely delicious food! Grilled octopus is so tender and flavorful!!! Girilled lamb chops are the best I've had in America. I usually only eat them in Italy, but these are beyond delicious and melt in your mouth.!!! Service was excellent and owner stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal! Don't miss out on the amazing desserts!!!

Ordered takeout for lunch today because my mom & I love Mediterranean food…and we were really disappointed. For context, this was all almost $40 for pickup. The salads were bland and soggy, the chicken (4 small pieces) was good but tasted like curry, and the spanakopita came with 2 very small pieces that needed to be reheated. If this was a lunch special with lunch portion sizes, that’s understandable, but the prices did not match that & the menu made no mention of it. We were really upset and honestly kind of grossed out…we didn’t finish the food and threw most of it away. To top it all off, the soda that we paid $4 for wasn’t even a brand name Coke-it was Aldi brand. We won’t be back here, which is sad because I was excited to try a good Mediterranean place in Flemington.

This restaurant was my surprise of the month. I was surprised because it was the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had. I was surprised because the owner showed genuine kindness and interest in his customers. I was surprised because any modification to the menu was welcomed. I was surprised because my salmon tasted absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will have a fantastic meal.
