I had a wonderful experience at the Ann Taylor Factory store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The store offers an ample selection of stylish clothing at affordable prices. During my visit, I found a beautiful suit jacket but was disappointed to discover that the matching pants weren’t available in-store. One of the associates (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) mentioned that the pants could be ordered online. She and the manager, Elizabeth, went above and beyond, spending a considerable amount of time searching their system to locate the matching pair for me. I truly appreciate their diligence and commitment to ensuring that I could complete my outfit.

I have been shopping at Ann Taylor factory for years. The staff is amazing, they are very helpful and always cheerful. I love the new location at the shoppes of Flemington. The selection and sales are great. Its nice to still be able to go in and try on and feel the fabrics before you buy. I wish the store and associates lots of success in the new location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
