These people should just go ahead post hours on the door. Too Many times I come here and doors chained, locked, lights out ... Just don't lie and say you're 24/7 if you're not
ALWAYS CLOSED FOR "CLEANING" NIGHT SHIFT GUY LOCKS THE DOOR FOR OVER AN HOUR EVERY NIGHT INSTEAD OF SERVING CUSTOMERS. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT. DONT ADVERTISE 24/7 HOURS AND THEN LOCK THE DOOR TO SLEEP.
Store says open 24/7. Yet they close the store before 12pm
They just charged me 26.53 as a hold for filling my tank. I only transferred 40 to fill my tank I had 45 so the usual 1$ hold would be able to go through. Never going to a 7-11 for anything again. Update: turns out filling my tank was only 26.53 so the 40.45 charge is for idk what. They won’t reverse it and said I have to have my bank fix it. My bank said it won’t post til next week so I can’t do anything til then.
I Love 7Eleven but 04/15/25 between 5.30 to 6pm . I purchased 4 cup coffee and donuts & requested empty Box for fresh Donuts . Turban guy said they dnt hve it ,& didn't say sorry. And when I chkout he Drop my 1 donut and again didn't say sorry. No manners Looks like he loosing owner business
